Mosaic Cement Tiles from Villa Lagoon Tile

Villa Lagoon Tile offers range of classic encaustic tiles that create amazing atmosphere in any interior. I first came across cement tiles from Villa Lagoon Tile company while watching the BBC DIY SOS The Big Build series from Ottery St Mary. The Patchwork tiles were used in design of a new kitchen and I was amazed by the effect tiles had on the whole interior of the room. I decided to search further for places that use these unique encaustic tiles from Villa Lagoon Tile and so I have recently visited The Blue Legume Café, Restaurant & Juice Bar in Upper Street, Islington, London where I found an amazing floor tile design. The café uses tiles from Villa Lagoon Tile company in front of the counter and on the lower ground hallway through which toilets and kitchen are accessed. ‘Night Blue and White’ tiles stand out and contrast well with the gentle colours of the surrounding interior elements such as the natural wooden floors and brick walls.

The Blue Legume Café, Restaurant & Juice Bar offers healthy and freshly cooked Mediterranean dishes – everything from breakfast to dinner! I adored the interior of the café while having tasty cake and delicious hot chocolate and I look forward visiting this place again !!!
