Love Design at Decorex International 2011 … My top 5 designs finds

Decorex International is certainly one of the interior design shows that should not be missed by interior designers and architects. The trade show is held once a year in September in London, UK. Anyone from interior design community can find an array of inspiring designs and products. My top 5 favorite design pieces are shown below.

 1. BOCA DO LOBO  Soho Sideboard 

This bold piece of furniture combines different materials and colors yet it all works perfectly together and creates playful piece of furniture for any interior.2. BARBARA COUPE

London Calling-Vintage destination Cushions. These funky cushions will certainly draw everyone’s attention. Anyone can choose their favorite destination but the company offers all sorts of other statements for the cushions as you can see on the picture.

3. FORBES & LOMAX

Invisible Light Switch. What a clever idea !!! The invisible light switches fulfill the function of the switch and add elegant touch to the room. 2mm thick acrylic plate allows the wallpaper or any other wall surface underneath to be visible making the whole switch therefore a discreet element of the room.

4. LALOU The Art of Light

Handmade bespoke lamps. I love the use of recycled object and so I was amazed to find how these can be incorporated into the lamp design. The company offers to make the lamps from any object client wishes allowing to create unique and personal piece for anyone.

5. ANTIQUE MIRROR GLASS OF BATH

Antique mirrors. The company creates authentic looking antique mirror that sits perfectly in any modern interiors. The company also manufacture mirrored glass tiles which can be fixed to a wall with mirror adhesive and create beautiful result too.
